Hi there, Moonoo1234!

With my knowledge, I don't think making the Downtown F is necessary because its already being developed by Team Epiphany Tyler and others. But if you still want to go along w/ it, then read below.

The best thing to do is to read the .csv route format documentation. It tells you what to do in order to make a proper route.

https://openbve-project.net/documentation/HTML/route_csv.html#track_signalling

It has everything you need, and the signals part.

So i noticed a lot of stuff was wrong with the old 2 via 1 to 137th Street. The old one was actually headed to 215 Street, old objects, and incorrect announcements. Here is my version of the route, with westide objects, correct announcements and it goes to 137th Street!

While scrolling through the OBND Facebook, I saw that Emmanuel posted a 5 minute video of his developing route of an F train to Union Turnpike from 179th Street. I am a starter to openBVE developing, and I want to start making my own routes. Step by step, may someone help me out how to make routes? I like TrainKidKris explanations because he explains them thoughtfully and thoroughly.

@TrainKidKris I think this person is saying how to merge routes. You can show us any examples.

Same way. However as I said you will need some understanding of how it works because openbve has no ,.switch everything is an illusion

Wonderful work on this route! Since it has been 2 months you didn't post an update, we want to know how you are doing and what part of the route are you at?

How cool! I also saw someone say to use .curve instead of .turn. From your experience and knowledge, how would we change to track direction (Lcl >> Exp or Exp >> Lcl) if we used .curve instead?
